Thanks to the high quality and cast aluminum, you can enjoy the Nordic Ware baking pans for a lifetime. Provided you treat the pan well before, during, and after baking, of course. All Nordic Ware baking pans have a non-stick coating, but you will still need to grease the pan for the best and tastiest result. There are two ways to do this properly:
