Report the damage to us within 24 hours
To avoid exploitation, we ask to be notified of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. After these 24 hours, it becomes increasingly difficult for us to determine whether the damage occurred during delivery or use, so it's critical that you get in touch as soon as possible.
Which category does your damage fall into?
Category 1 - Minor damage
With minor damage you are eligible for compensation using a discount code of 20%. If you don't agree with this, you can have the order returned to us.
Category 2 - Heavy damage and breakage
Indicate how many items are damaged, whether you'd like the product(s) replaced, or would instead like a full refund.
Then send us photos of the following:
- the packaging
- the damaged items (if you ordered six items and all six are damaged, then make sure this is visible in one photo).
- the complete order slip (make sure that the section that says 'checked by' is also clearly visible).
Your damage report can be sent to email@example.com, including your order number and damage category. You can expect a response from us within two working days.
If you do not provide all the required information, we will not be able to process your report.
