My order is incorrect

Have you received an incorrect item?
You can report this via our online return form. We will then check the time of packing via our video footage and verify the dimensions and weight with PostNL. We will then send you a return label, so you can send the order back to us. We ask that you return the order within one week. If the order is not returned in this time frame, we will have to charge the costs of the incorrect item(s).

Have you received an order that was not intended for you?
We would appreciate it if you could submit the details of the customer for whom the order was intended to our customer service team. The contact details of our customer service can be found below. After you have made a report, our team will provide you with a return label. Then you can return the package to us free of charge. As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch the correct items.

Have you received too many products? 
Please let us know if you have received too many items, as it helps us to clear up where products missing in the warehouse have ended up. We appreciate the help!
