With this Microplane Garlic Grater, grating garlic becomes an easy task. This grater also ensures that you cannot cut your fingers, making it very safe to use. You place the garlic in the compartment and put the handle back. Then you slide the handle back and forth to grate the garlic. The grated garlic ends up in the collecting tray, so you can easily add it to a dish or sauce. This garlic grater comes with a scraper that you can use to remove the garlic residue from the grater and the tray.
Microplane is a global brand for exceptionally sharp culinary utensils. Perhaps best known for their graters, the brand has revolutionised the way chefs and home cooks grate a wide range of ingredients for tasty, gourmet-style cooking and baking.
In addition to graters, they offer a variety of kitchen gadgets, including tools for garlic, apples, ginger, herbs, spices, avocados, slicers and more. Microplane uses a chemical process called photo-etching. The result is much sharper teeth and durable, ultra-sharp stainless steel blades.
