With the Jay Hill smoke oven, you can easily and quickly give an aromatic smoky flavor to your fish, meat, or other ingredients. Create a delicious salmon with a bold sauce by using different types of smoking chips. The Jay Hill smoke oven comes standard with a drip tray, rack, and lid. It is suitable for gas and electric stovetops, induction, oven, grill, and barbecue. The fun thing about the smoke oven is that you can also use it as a regular oven, roasting pan, and steamer. So you can even bake an apple pie in it, for example, while camping.
You can use the Jay Hill smoke oven in two ways. You can smoke your dish with hot or cold smoke. Remove the drip tray and smoke rack from the pan, and add smoking chips. Make sure the smoke oven is tightly sealed and let the dish smoke slowly.
