We handle a return period of 30 days. Return your order within this period. Does the article not work or no longer work? Then visit the guarantee page for more information.
To return your order, you can download the return form. Print it out and add it to the package. Don't have a printer? You probably have a piece of paper at home where you can record all the information. Without information, we will not be able to process your return, and it will be delayed.

Can I return something via a business reply or Freepost number?
Returns are at your own expense as stated in our terms and conditions.
Make sure you pack your return correctly.
If your package arrives damaged or broken, we cannot process it. We will contact you about this. You are responsible for properly packing and shipping your package.
Where do I drop off my package?
Returns can be made via all parcel carriers. When handing over, do not forget to request proof of shipment so that you can always trace it.
Is it possible to exchange my order?
It is not possible to exchange your order. However, if you return something and have your money refunded, feel free to place a new order yourself.
