The GreenPan Cambridge Saute Pan has a diameter of 24 centimeters and a capacity of 3.1 liters. The pan is made of aluminum. The thick bottom made of forged aluminum heats up evenly and ensures perfect cooking results without much effort. This pan also has a ceramic non-stick coating that is reinforced with diamonds.
The pan comes with a glass lid, allowing you to monitor the cooking process. The pan is suitable for all heat sources and can be used in the oven and dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended.
GreenPan is a Belgian brand and was developed by two Flemish childhood friends. They went in search of a healthy alternative to the traditional non-stick pans that release toxic substances. They eventually arrived at Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating without PFAS and with a derivative of sand as the basic raw material. Thus, GreenPan was born!
The healthy ceramic non-stick coating is their flagship product, but their technologies are also worthy of mention. They are constantly innovating and proud of it.
