The Greenpan Saucepan Copenhagen has a diameter of 16 centimeters and a capacity of 1.6 liters, ideal for homemade sauces. The saucepan is made of hardened aluminum, which is extremely durable. The sleek design and matte stainless steel handle give the pan a minimalist look.
The saucepan is suitable for any heat source and can be used in the oven and dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended. The pan has two pouring spouts, making it easy to pour. This pan also features a ceramic non-stick coating that is reinforced with diamonds.
GreenPan is a Belgian brand and was developed by two Flemish childhood friends. They went in search of a healthy alternative to the traditional non-stick pans that release toxic substances. They eventually arrived at Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating without PFAS and with a derivative of sand as the basic raw material. Thus, GreenPan was born!
The healthy ceramic non-stick coating is their flagship product, but their technologies are also worthy of mention. They are constantly innovating and proud of it.
