Global GF Series Knives
The Global GF series is the third series of the brand's Global and is intended for the real chefs. The handles of the GF series are weighted, which is considered highly desirable by famous chefs. The knives of the Japanese brand Global are made of patented cromova steel and have a hardness of 56-58 HRC. The blade and handle are forged from a single piece of steel. This makes the knife not only more hygienic, but also heavier because more steel was used during the manufacturing process. The Global knives lie well in the hand, partly due to the anti-slip dimples incorporated into the handle.
