Let us know about the damage within 24 hours
To prevent abuse, we ask to be notified of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. After these 24 hours, it becomes increasingly difficult for us to determine whether the damage occurred during delivery or use. We will be extra critical of this.
How do I report the damage?
Step 1. Report the damage to us
Report your order via our online claim form. Fill in your order number - this can be found on the packing slip. In addition, enter the e-mail address you used to place your order.
Step 2: Select the damaged product(s)
Select the number of products that have been damaged during delivery. Then, choose ''Order damaged'' as the reason for return.
Step 3: Provide the necessary details
In order to assess the damage properly, we need some photos. Please try to record the damage as clearly as possible so that we can see at a glance exactly how the item was damaged.
You must also include a shot of the packing slip in addition to the photos of the damage. Make sure that the 'packed by' section is also visible.
Please provide all the information you can. This will enable us to process your application more quickly and ensure that it is dealt with as soon as possible.
Finally, indicate which solution you expect from us. Would you like a new product or a refund? Let us know.
