4. Spreading the oil: Remove the pan from the heat and use kitchen paper to spread the oil over the entire pan in a thin layer, including the edges.
5. Repeat: This process can be repeated several times for a thicker and more durable non-stick coating.
6. Cooling: Allow the pan to cool in the oven or on the hob.
