With the BK Koekenpan Black Steel ø 28 cm, you get a handy frying pan that evenly and efficiently distributes heat. The pan is made of sheet steel with a natural non-stick coating. The more you use the pan, the better the non-stick properties become. This is also called the patina layer. If this layer loses its effectiveness, you can re-season the pan. The pan has a cast iron handle and is suitable for all heat sources. After use, it must be washed by hand. It has a diameter of 28 cm, making it suitable for 5-6 people.
The BK Black Steel collection is an indestructible range of pans. This series has a patina coating that transforms the grease used during frying into non-stick properties.
