The black-colored knife is part of the Bitz product line. The knife is made of stainless steel and has a black-colored coating. This coating gives the knife a unique appearance and adds that extra touch of allure to your meal at any time of the day. The Bitz logo is engraved on the back of the cutlery. Bitz recommends hand washing the cutlery to enjoy it for as long as possible.
Christian Bitz can add the title designer to his already extensive CV with a wide range of cutlery, crockery and glass. When developing Bitz, he drew on the health knowledge he gained as a researcher, writer and teacher. In the development process, he used different textures, materials and colours to create a design that makes it easier to get a grip on your portions. The idea is, quite simply, to make it more fun and easier to be healthy in everyday life!
Christian Bitz is a presenter and expert in several Danish TV programmes, has an MSc in human nutrition and is research director at Herlev and Gentofte Hospital, where he is involved in numerous research projects and the development of patient nutrition.
Bitz originates from Denmark and was designed by Christian Bitz. The brand has an extensive range of tableware made from high quality ceramics and available in various earthy colours and beautiful shapes. Different materials contribute structures and colours that create contrasts in your table setting and help to make your meal an experience.
Christian Bitz is a nutrition expert and author of well-known diet and nutrition books. When designing his own tableware, he was inspired by delicious and healthy food.
